What Does This Hematology Test Finding Indicate?

I was diagnosed for Hematology as follows:

RBC - RBCs are severely hypochromic microcytic with sever anisopoikilocytosis. Many target cells and few elliptocytes are seen. No premature cell seen.

WBC - Normal count and differential. No shieft phenomenon. No reactive cells or toxic granulation.

Platelets - adequate in count, morphology and distribution. No aggregation.

OTHERs - no hemoparasites seen.

IMPRESSION - Severe hypochromic mucrocytic RBCs with many target cells, Serum Iron profile ad Hb electrophoresis is suggested.

I am taking Feroglobin (Haemoglobin & Red Blood Cells) Vitabiotics B12 .

Please explain and advise what are the things to do and food that I should eat.
