What Does This High Vaginal Swab Test Result Indicate?

My recent High Vaginal Swab Gram Strain test report shows that Epithelial cells:Plenty, Gram positive bacilli:plenty and Gram positive cocci arranged in singly form:plenty. What it actually indicate? Is it curable or can you describe about this problem. My earlier (Before1.5 Months) HVS gram strain report shows that Epithelial cells:Plenty, Pus cells:Plenty, Gram Strains: Both extracellular & intracelluar gram negative diplococci found (Plenty)
