What Does This Immunoblot Analysis Report For Lyme Mean?

My son's immunoblot for lyme just came back as "negative" but indicated "This immunoblot assay detects IgM antibody directed against Borrelia burgdorferi antigens bands p23, p39 and p41 and IgG reactive Band p41. What could this mean even if not the CDC mandate for required number of bands for lyme? He displays NUMEROUS signs of neurological lyme, in addition to chronic fatigue?
