What Does This Kidney Sonography For Pain In Testicles And Muscle Pain Indicate?

Dear Dr.Raja, Recently in feb 2015 I went to see a ortho as I was having a lower back pain he suggested a back exercise and referred me to a nephrologist, as per my last blood report in aug 2014 was showing a serum creatinine of 1.43,on cheking with nephrologist the kidney sonography is normal but serum level showed 1.7 after 15 days it showed 1.51 and today after month its showing 1.53,I also feel some pain in testicles at times and feel lot of muscles in the testicles need ur advice to know if there is some problem with testicles and is the lower back pain due to testicle pain and what are the chances of getting back creatinine level to normal also feel having a erectile dysfuntion at times kindly guide what should I do,I am 42yrs and 7 months old use to smoke stopped since last 1.5 months, drink socially.Regards,Rajesh.
