What Does This Lab Report In Women With Hypothyroidism And PCOS Indicate?

I haven t felt healthy in years, but more so in the last year. I m a 35 year old Caucasian female that looks healthy, but I don t feel healthy. I have a number of lab results that make me question if I m seeing the right specialist to help me. Since 2013 I have chronically shown low WBC count levels. Doctors make mention of it, but then it stops there. Recently I was reviewing some of my labs because I had an abnormal pap after a partial hysterectomy. Some numbers of concern from my most recent labs:3.2 WBC 1.7 absolute neutrophils 1326 B12,7 Testosterone.I am hypothyroid and have PCOS. Of late, my body temp has been ranging from 99-99.9, but my normal temp is 97.4. Lab results from 2014 showed a 2.01 EBV IgG level. I was unaware that I had been exposed, but the doctor did not go any further with the lab results. I should receive pathology results from the vaginal tissue biopsy in 5-7 days.Do I need to see a hematologist?
