What Does This Lab Result For Irregular Periods Indicate?

I have problems in my periods ... I get periods only for 1 day.My reports show that my ovaries are large in size ( right ovary 45 X 35 X 31mm with the volume of 26cc,left ovary 35 X 33 X 23mm with the volume of 14 cc) and shows multiple tiny follicles in the periphery woth central ecogenic stroma . What does this mean ? Can u xplain me my case , is it serious ?
