What Does This Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hi Dr. Finding:The postrate gland is enlarged measuring 4.61x 6.02 x 5.02cm in its xyz axes with a volume of 73.21cm^ PPSA= 8.79nglml. It shows mixed parenchymal echgenicity with irregular/amorphous calcification seen within it. The capsule is however intact. the urinary bladder is slightly distended with clear sonoluscent contents and show normal wall thickness. Conclusion: Prostatomegaly with featuressuggestive of previous prostatitis. Above is the result of the test i carried out. what is all about and how do i manage it?
