What Does This Lab Test Results Indicate?

Hi, I just received my labs and a few were off. I have felt terrible for a few months now. Been to Dr several times. My labs are: Immature granulocytes .06 (H) - RBC 5.25(H) - WBC 12.1 (H) - Albumin/Globulin ratio .9 (L) - Bun/Creatinine ratio 22 (H) - Creatinine .4 (L) - Globulin 3.7 (H) and my glucose was 198 (high) I haven t been able to get it under control without crashing to a 43.
