What Does This Lipid Profile Indicate?

Hello... I m 2009 post cardiac event with 3 stents - 100% collapsed artery. I m on plavix eternally and 81 asprin. Was on 40mg Lipitor for 4 years+ and after year 3 couldn t tollerate it well at all.... Started incorporating Omega 3 s and Leptin as supplements and my goodness. I ve been on 20 mg for 6 months and have the following numbers: Total 166; Trig-54, HDL-78, LDL-77, and Ratio 2:1. Was told by my PCP that patients with heart disease LDL should be at 75. Doesn t my HDL compensate for that?
