What Does This Liver Function Test For Upper Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I have tested for Liver Function Test.The only OUT OF RANGE FACTORS ARE AS BELOW SGPT - 90,SGOT - 53.I am a non drinker.when i sit for long hours i feel an ache some time upper left of belly some time upper right of belly and some time both side Kindly advise regarding the condition of lever,Critical Values for SGOT - SGPT. what do you prescribe to prevent the present condition.
