What Does This Liver Report Indicate?

good morning doctor doctor this is my liver report liver is enlarged in size measuring 177 mm in mid clavicular line, both lobe shows multiple defined hetrogeneous predominantly hyper echoic sois largest measuring 136*177 mm. i want to know that what precautions should i use ?
