What Does This Liver Ultrasound And Blood Report Indicate?

My liver ultrasound came back and states I have a fatty liver and coarsened echotexture of the liver compatible with hepatic steatosis. my blood work shows my Alkaline Phosphatase is high 189 ALT 76 AST 104 But my Billrubin Direct I have been having tremendous pain under my rib cage on my right side and also my back has been hurting. Do you know what could be wrong?
