What Does This Lumbar MRI Report Specify?

I got a lumbar MRI that says moderate disc height loss with 4 to 5 mm diffuse disc ostephyte complex that narrows lateral recesses and abuts the transiting L5 nerve root. The spine canal is mildly stenoic. T here is mild to moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. I was wondering what that means and what the treatment is for it.
