What Does This Mammogram Report Specify?

Hi my mamogram result is the breast tissue are heterogeneously dense which could obscure detection of small masses. Punctuate calcification is seen in the uppper inner quadrant of the right breast. Lucent centered calcification in see in the lower inner quadrant of the left breast. No abnormal skin changes , architectural distortion or nipple retraction noted. Unenlarged fat laden axillary lymph nodes are seen bilaterally. Final impression is Heterogenously dense breasts with benign calcification. Birads Category 0? Please help me to understand this ?

Thank you.
