What does this mean?
CERVICAL DISC LEVELS:
C2-C3: No significant disc/facet abnormality, spinal stenosis, or foraminal stenosis.
C3-C4: Mild broad based disk bulging flattening the ventral surface of the thecal sac, without
significant canal or neuroforaminal stenosis.
C4-C5: Broad based disc bulging resulting in flattening of the ventral surface of the thecal sac
without significant canal or neural foraminal stenosis.
C5-C6: Broad-based disc bulging without canal or neural foraminal stenosis, mild flattening of
the
ventral surface of the thecal sac.
C6-C7: Small to moderate posterior disc osteophyte complex, asymmetrically involving the left
side
results in overall mild central canal stenosis and mild left neural foraminal stenosis.
C7-T1: No significant disc/facet abnormality, spinal stenosis, or foraminal stenosis.

CONCLUSION:
1. Multilevel mild cervical spondylosis as detailed above, most significantly involving the C6-7
level.
