What Does This Mean? Polypoid Mucosal Thickening In The Bilateral

What does this mean?

Polypoid mucosal thickening in the bilateral maxillary sinuses, greater on the left. Mild mucosal thickening in bilateral sphenoid sinuses, greater to the left. Bilateral ethmoid and left frontal sinus opacification.

No air-fluid levels.

There are no osseous defects. The ostiomeatal units are occluded by soft tissue bilaterally.

The nasal septum is mildly deviated to the right with bony spurring.

Impression:

Paranasal sinus opacification, as detailed above, without evidence of air-fluid levels.
