The lung bases appear hyperlucent with widened intercostal spaces
There is no definite evidence of active pulmonary infiltrate
Cardiac shadow is not enlarge
Diaphragm and constophrenic sulci are intact
No other additional findings

Bibasal hyperaeration.. no other significant chest findings
