What does this mean in layman's terms: Trilevel degenerative disc disease at the C3-4, C5-6 and C6-7 levels with left greater than right uncovertebral joint arthritis at the C3-4 level and spondylotic left paracentral protrusion at the C6-7 level indenting the left side of the cord and resulting in left foraminal narrowing, and broad-based right paracentral protrusion at the C7-T1 level indenting the right side of the thecal sac and cord.
