Right kidney measures 9.7 x 4.6 x 4.3 cm the cortical thickness 0.9 cm
Left kidney measures 9.5 x 5.1 x 5.1 cm with cortical thickness 1.3 cm.
Urinary bladder volume 40 mL. There is approximately 1.6 cm tubular anechoic
structure noted adjacent to the urinary bladder with differential diagnostic
possibility of dilated right ureter versus fluid-filled bowel loop versus
other etiology. Proximal right ureter measures 1 cm.
IMPRESSION:
Questionable finding in the right pelvis as described above with
differential. Correlate clinically if necessary a CT scan examination would
be more helpful.
