i just got an ultrasound of my neck/thyroid. they found a 7mm hyper echoic nodule within the lower pole of the right lobe of the thyroid gland.Neck lymph node survey demonstrates nonspecific sub centimeter neck lymph nodes. Nonspecific sub centimeter parotid lymph nodes are seen bilaterally. what does this means.
