What Does This Pap-smear Test Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, Recently, my sister had a pap-smear test and below is her lab report/results: What is mean by Clusters of endocervical cells in clear background? Please CLINICALPATHOLOGY MASTER HEALTH CHECKUP PAP SMEAR Nature of specimen: Two slides of papsmear Microscopy: Moderately Cellular smear studied show superficial cells, intermediate cells, clusters of endocervical cells in a clear background. Impression: Normal smear Its not clear to me as it says clusters of endocervical cells in a clear background. Please explain.
