What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

Pelvic scan report states thus:Uterus-Non-gravid,antiverted,slightly bulky in size with non-uniform myometrial echo-pattern.It measures aboot 55mm in AP diameter. The endometrial wallmeasures about 8mm in thickness. There are cstic densities noted in right and left adnexae. The left cyst measures about 89mm X 56mm in size,the right cyst measures about 30mm X 27mm in size. They are non-septated and have wellidefined borders. There is a sub- mucous fibroid noted in the posterior uterina wall measuring about 24mm X 22mm in size.The pouch of Douglas is free. The general uterine walk is inconsistent. What did all these mean?
