What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

My pelvic ultrasound says I have an 8mm intramural 8mm calcified fibroid and an "indometrial stripe is heterogenous and measures 9mm. I am scheduled for an endometrial biopsy in 2 weeks. Can you decode all that for me? I am 66 years young and was having small amounts of blood after intercourse.
