What Does This Pelvis And Transvaginal Scan Indicate?

Please can someone explain in simple English before I lose my mind. I recently had pelvis ta and transvaginal scan which showed the following that I can t understand ; 1) 2 rounded areas of reduced echogenicity in the fungus measuring 0.8cm - suggest fibroids ?? Should I be worried? 2) left ovary is bulky with volume of 19ccs - what does that mean? 3) left ovary contains small follicle and a cyst (1.2cm) with low level echoes suggestive of hemorrhagic or endometric cyst - again what does that mean? 4) there is also a 2.2cm cyst which has a fine septum & 2 small(5mm) avascular solid areas - eek sound scary
