What Does This Platelet Count Indicate?

Hi my d-dimer is usually high when i have blood work. I once had dvt in both legs and my d-dimer was 285 so they put me on plavix because i had a blood clot on left leg very painful. This was a year ago. I do see a hematologist. My platelete count came back at 419. should I be concerned?
