What Does This Pregnancy Test Result Indicate?

Hi, I had pregnancy symptoms and he ejaculated inside of me many times and I decided to take a pregnancy test when I was 2 days late(period) in December but it quickly came back negative BUT today I toke one and it had a faint line at first but than disappeared into just 1 line.. What should I do ?
