What Does This Pulmonary Function Test Result Indicate?

One week ago I have tested PFT. The report is moderate lung disease and got to know this I am scared. I want to know what does it mean in lay man language? what are the chances to recover from that? and I want to know some helpful suggestion. My family doctor told me to check up from a Chest specialist. I will visit to a Dr. on Friday.
