What Does This Renal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Have a incidental finding in a lumbar MRI of complexe cystic lesions in left kidney largest 7cm. And multiple smaller one. Had renal ultrasound. Result DX complexe cystic mass upper pole of left kidney which could represent cystic renal cell carcinoma 7.9 cm also a small mural nodule. Now an abdominal CT Scan will be done tomorrow . Are they looking for other possible cancer/lesions/masses?
