What Does This Result From CT Scan Indicate?

My son s CT scan reads; Again noted is the small cortical hypo density in the left frontal operculum. while it may relate to a region of prior trauma, the apparent lack of volume loss in this region is slightly unusual and an MRI may be considered for further evaluation.
