What Does This Result From MRI And X-ray Of Knee Indicate?

Hello, I had an MRI of my knee, X-Ray showed no break. Radiologist said tibial plateau fracture and fibula fracture. Ortho doc today said no, looking at MRI he only sees small stress fracture maybe in fibula, lots of fluid. How can there be a discrepancy between radiologist and ortho? I have been walking on my injury for a month now and assume if it was tibial plateau fracture i would not be able to put weight on it. Thoughts??
