What Does This Result From MRI Indicate?

Hello!My MRI scan says there is an associated L5/S1 disc hydration signal reduction assosiated with a shallow based posterior disc bulge that demonstrates a subtle central protusion. Disc is seen to encroach on traversing S1 roots in the lateral recesses bilateraly. iI have had several session of physiotherapy but though there been change symptoms still remain in my Right calf. What is the prognosis for my condtion with no surgery
