What Does This Result From Bone Marrow Aspiration Indicate?

I am 72 yr old white female, I was diagnosed 15 yrs ago following a 24 hr urine test including Immunofixation anaylysis and Electrophenisis which showed Bence Jones cells and Lambda IgA Monclonal Protein Free Light Chain? From a bone marrow aspiration that showed I did have some cloned cells in my bone marrow so I was diagnosed as having Monoclonal Gammopathy MGUS and my Internist referred to it as Smoky Myleoma, but now that my numbers have increased in my urine protein and blood work, a NEW Hematologist called it Lambda IgA Monoclonal Protienuria and I have Free light chain? In Oct 2014, that same Hematolgist had me back for second round of blood tests in April 2015 and he has asked me to find a NEW Nephrologist and have a new 24 hr urine study, He has a portal so he has posted all the results of my Labs from 6 months ago and now April 2015. But in comparing them some that were normal level last time are in High and some in Low, And I had High and lows last time but many were normal. I do not understand what all of this means? He told me to continue going to my Nephrologist and my Hematologist every 4 months. I am 72 yrs of age, a female with two brothers who have had to go on dialysis for two different reasons in these last 10 years, one older and one younger, but my other 5 siblings do not have kidney problems nor did my parents. The first Hematologist I saw from june 2000 to June 2004. Then my Internist told me I could just com to him for all the tests aand he would follow my blood and urine and he has until Oct 2014. My new Hematologist did not give me a diagnosis this time. He is just waiting to see what the Nephrologist has to say after my 24 hr test of urine. I know one lady friend who is undergoing chemo treatments for Multiple Myleoma and she told me I sound like her past years before the diagnosis of MM. She is 6 years older than I am. What is going on with me?
