What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

My husband was diagnosed with NSCLC in December and completed concurrent chemotherapy and radiation. Now he is quite ill -- weak, constantly coughing up lots of phlem, WBCc is 20.8, chest x-ray results are right apical mass ann patchy infiltrate involving right upper lobe. Oncologist put him on Levaquin. There is no improvement and he can t stop coughing up stuff.
