What Does This Result From Fasting Glucose Indicate?

hello doctors, i went for a fasting glucose test this morning and the result was 135 and i also ran te same test 5 days ago which gave me 125. am scared and confused because am not feeling tired or urinating alot. am very worried and i would love to know if it will come down or i have diabetes. thank u
