What Does This Result From Pathology Test Report Indicate?

I read my surgical papers and pathology report said moderate squamous dysplasia cervical myometrium adenomyosis. I had hysterectomy in September for extreme abdominal pain lasting 2 years or more could this be what caused it, if so why would they leave ovaries and still have abdominal pains although not as constant and cysts regularly
