What Does This Result From X-ray Report Indicate?

Deep puncture thigh 11feb,18 hours later acute swelling groin to thigh.on warfrain,treatment :antibiotics,ultrasound(rule out DVT-neg)xray -check for foreign body.16 days later had noticed raised ares 3"X5" at puncture site.last night noticed area now 4"X8".extensive bleed/bruising anterior thigh/below wound/swelling site.what is going on?Charles
