What Does This Result Of Blood Test For Anemia Indicate?

Hi, My younger Sister is suffering from anemia from last two months all test were done as below PLT = 14 LDH = 542 Hypochyromia with anisotropic ANA = Negative HB = 3.8 gm WBC = 8.2 WBC Morphology = white blood cells show normal morphology, No immature or typical cells are seen. Waiting for Bone Marrow Report Please advice regards wajahat
