What Does This Result Of X-ray For Hip Pain Indicate?

I have servere shooting pains in right hip right thigh that travels into sole of my foot causing leg to give way ,also when going to toliet i wet myself after i think i have finished ,im wearing a knee support X-rays show nothing only thinning of my right hip bloods show low platelet levels ,
