What Does This Result Of X-ray Test Indicate?

hi, doc! I am a bit worried about my follow-up result of xray exam. it says the densities of the lower right lung is most likely due to crowding of the pulmonary vascular markings accentuated by a focally prominent pericardial fat pad showing no significant change since 2011. what is meant by this?
