What Does This Scan Result For Conception Indicate?

Hi, I am 29 y/o married woman with some endometriomas. I had a scan yesterday which shows the right ovary volume is 36cc and left ovary volume is 26cc. There are 2 dominant follicles in the right ovay, the largest measuring 22 x 20 x 23mm with 8 sub centimeter follicles in both right and left ovaries.Does this mean I am able to get pregnant soon? what are the chances and the time frame?
