What Does This Scan Result Of Uterus Indicate?

Scan result:anteverted,non-gravid,non bulky uterus with regular boarders and homogenous myometrial echopattern. It measures about 68x38x42mm in longitudinal,transverse and AP diameter.no sonographic evidence of pregnancy(intra or extra uterine),fibroid and or complex ovarian cysts is seen. The endometrium is preserved.there is sizeable echo free fluid accumulation in the pouch of douglas.
