What Does This Scan Result Of Vagina Indicate?

Hi.. am 25 year old height is 5 feet 6 inches n weight is 85 k .. I got married 2 months back. . I want to conceive but my periods are not regular. Actually brownish blood stained discharge start 7 days before my periods .. I I recently perform transgenic scan .. according to that endometrial lining is not thick as it should before period s .. is this luteal phase deficiency or what I should do ..Everythng was fine before marriage
