What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hi I m 30 year old man my semen analysis test shows sperm count 20 million and liquefaction time 120 mins is it problem for becoming parents.? I already have one boy of 5 years and now planning for one more my wife reports are normal we are trying from past 8 months but no positive result .. Please advice and help us
