What Does This Semen Analysis Report Specify?

Hi, I went through semen analysis test and resulst - Normal semen analysis with aggultaination and infection. Physical and clinical Examination : Quantity :- 3.5 ML, Liquification - 30 Mins Colour - OPAQUE White, PH - 8.0 Viscosity - Normal, Fructose - Positive MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : - Sperm Count - 46 million/ml Motility Studies : Time after 1/2 hour collection - 60% active Motile , Sluggishly motile - 20 %, Non Motile - 20% Time after 2 hours collection - 50% active Motile , Sluggishly motile-30%, Non Motile - 20% Esoin Stain - 20% , Agglutination - ++, Motility Grade - III MORPHOLOY: Normal - 98% Abnormal- 02% Large head and bent neck forms seen. Debris present Pus Cells - 8-10/hpf RBC s- Not Seen Please suggest me if i need to do some action against above analysis report. Thanks
