What Does This Sonography Report Indicate?

Dear Sir, IN my sonography report it shows UTERUS : Anteverted bulky, Normal thin endometrial echoes. Myometrial echo normal homogenous E/O well defined, nonhomogenous lesion sized 3.5 x 2.9 cm in the lower anterior wall subserous noted. Another of 2.9 x 3.2cm in the lower postero right lateral wall . .. please suggest my i need to operate the above fibroids or not...
