What Does This Test Report Of Abdomen Indicate?

sir, my problem is i have to pay pressure during stool discharge and it is narrowing type a used to go toilet 2 to 3 time i have done colonoscopy,bopsy barium x- ray enema and CT scan of abdomen and pelvic the report of these test shows my sigmoid colon infected with colitis and luminal narrowing 35 cm from anal verge . Biopy report is moderate to focal severe chronic colitis with mild activity. Which would be the good treatment for that
