What Does This Test Result For MRI Of Shoulder Indicate?

I had a mdi done on my shoulder results showed that there was thickening and increased T2 signal of the infraspinatus tendon with the presence of a undersurface tear measuring up to 6mm ap dimension mild supraspinatus and subscapularis tendinopathy,what does this mean . what treatments are available is surgery necessary
