What Does This Test Result For Breast Cancer Indicate?

Hi there ,My wife was diagnosed with HER2 positive breast cancer in mid January. She had her operation performed on February 4. We got the results yesterday. The tumor was 1.3 cm, erpr-, her2 +, grade 3. The lymph nodes are negative. I wanted to know about prognosis of survival and recurrence rates.
