At c4-C5 there is a broad based disc herniation impressing on the anterior thecal sac. At C-5-C6 there is a broad based disc herniation impressing on the anterior thecal sac. There is ligamentum flavum infolding impressing on the posterior thecal sac. Changes result in a grade 1 spinal canal stenosis. There is uncovertebral spurring. There is moderate neural foraminal narrowing. at C6-C7 there is a broad based disc herniation impressing on the anterior thecal sac. There is ligamentum flavum infolding impressing on the posterior thecal sac. Changes result in a grade 1 spinal canal stenosis. There is uncovertebral spurring . There is moderate neural foraminal narrowing. Findings : The cervical cord has a normal signal.. There is no prevertebral soft tissue swelling. There are no fractures. There is loss of the normal cervical lordosis. These alignment changes may reflect muscle spasm. Clinical correlation advised. There is multilevel disc dehydration.Remainder of the disc levels otherwise demostrate no significant findings.
