What Does This Test Result For Thyroid Indicate?

I have 3 years baby boy.last few weeks he turned aggressive mood,sleeping time changed,lost appettit,thrust for water only.doctor suggested for t3,t4,TSH.and after blood test,we have the report for t3-198,t4-11.8,TSH-3.37.what you suggesting sir?kindly reply,is this normal?
